On the basis of assessment value of 47.9361 million yuan, using 10 percent discount as the transaction price, that is, 43.14249 million yuan, Zhejiang Guangbo Group Stock Co., Ltd will purchase Guangbo International Trade Center’s commercial properties from 24 to 27 floors and underground parking stalls.
