The conduction of this activity was the result of company's one-month visiting in the workshop, granted about 70000 yuan from staff mutual saving fund, gave unequal subsidy to over 40 employees in difficulty from 800 yuan to 12000 yuan, to help them solve their extremely urgency in their life and have a good new year.
General manager Wang Junping told the reporter, "Over 6000 employees are the core of Guangbo. Only enterprise and employees who are wholehearted can work out the hard time. Although financial storm has an adverse effect on Guangbo, we'll never downsizing or reduce welfare because of this. On the contrary, we'll do something to the employees, send warmth to employees' hearts, protect, arouse and exert vast employees' enthusiasm and creativity in the enterprise's construction.
