On April 11, the opening ceremony of Guangbo competitive products noviciate training camp was held in Guangbo Group staff education center, which was cooperated by Guangbo Group and Yinzhou district party committee. Related district leaders, leaders of the related departments of Guangbo Group and 20 this year's graduates from the universities throughout the country attended this ceremony.
It is said that Guangbo Group selected as the national level youth employment and pioneering work probation base by the central government, will provide 3 to 6 months' apprenticeship training to unemployed graduates, which will appropriately improve their employment capability and ability, so as to promote their employment as soon as possible. Twenty members of this training camp are this year's graduates from the universities throughout the country recommend by Yinzhou district party committee and selected by Guangbo Group human resource department.
Guangbo Group's vice secretary of Party committee Zhu Guozhang showed at the meeting, "The official opeing of Guangbo competitive products noviciate training camp is another win-win cooperation. For the enterprise, having probation base, enterprise can evaluate the talent, discover the talent and reserve the talent through their performance during these months' on-the-job probation. While for those trainees, probation base also provides a good platform for us. Through this probation, they can perfectly show their abilities to the enterprise, which is favorable for them to gain experience and lift capacity. I believe, through such noviciate interaction, can achieve the good situation of lifting trainees' employment ability and gaining employment experience, and the trainees contribute ideas and efforts for the company’s innovation and development.
Xiao Shan, graduated from ShanxiUniversity of Science and Technology, showed after the meeting, “It’s a quite good platform for us graduates. Through knowing about the enterprise’s actual operation situation, we will consciously integrate and use the knowledge learned in class to solve the practical problems met during the probation, so as to lay the foundation of quickly adapting to the work in future.”
