Guangbo Stockfourth session of the board of directors held the 12th meeting on August 27, 2012, at the lecture hall in the way of on-site vote.
This meeting was hosted by President Dai Guoping. The meeting should be attended by 9 board members. Wang Junping, Zhang Feimeng and Yi Zhongi could not attend in person because of work, entrusted Dai Guoping, Wu Youguang and Li Ruoshan to attend and vote respectively. Other board members all attended the meeting in person, supervisors and executives of the company also attended the meeting. The convening of this meeting complied with relevant laws, administrative laws and regulations, regulations, normative documents relevant provisions of the articles of the company.
Voted by directors present at the meeting, unanimously passed the following resolutions. 1. Guangbo Group Stock Co., Ltd 2012 semi-annual report full text and summary. 2. Bill on amending the articles of the company. This bill should be submitted to the company shareholders meeting to discuss. 3. Bill on formulating shareholder return planning in the next three years 2012-2014. This bill should be submitted to the company shareholders meeting to discuss. 4. Passed bill on holding company's 2012 first temporary assembly of shareholders and so on.
