Since July, our province general entered the high temperature period. Hot weather and sweltering heat brought a severe test to the company's normal production. In order to ensure safety in production, ensure quality, timely delivery, the company has adopted a series of effective heat-prevention work. Actively implement the employees high temperature allowance, according to each workshop’s actual situation, adopted different heatstroke prevention measures. Meanwhile, urge the workshop staff to carry out the activity of “fighting with high temperature, getting high yield and promoting capacity".
During the activity, majority of employees generally know the big picture, overcome time constraints and heavy task, and make efforts to fight the first line in the workshop. The company's production, safety, quality of work has been significantly improved. What’s more, it inspired frontline employees’ work enthusiasm. After more than three months of hard training, successfully complete the production tasks.
This activity has selected two advanced collectives, stock big logistics team and paper products no.4 plant folders supporting workshop. It selected 22 advanced individuals, respectively from different sub plant and branch. On the scene, senior leaders issued pennants and bonuses to the advanced collective which gained the honorary title and 22 advanced individuals.
Besides, heads of group office, HR department, power department and general affairs section also attended this recognition.
