The group company organized the 2023 outstanding workers to visit the Vietnam production base for a 4-day inspection and learning trip. This activity not only promoted in-depth communication and cooperation between domestic and overseas teams, but also reflected the company’s deep concern for the personal growth of its employees.
The delegation of 20 colleagues arrived in Vietnam on September 21st and visited Guangbo Vietnam production located in Beining Province and its surrounding sister enterprises in the following days. As a landmark project in the park, Guangbo Vietnam production base not only has an efficient production management process but also actively promotes digital transformation, striving to achieve a leading level in product quality and production efficiency.
At the production base, the delegation went deep into the workshop front line, gained a detailed understanding of the operation of each production line, and deeply felt the tenacious perseverance and excellent management ability demonstrated by the overseas production base in facing many challenges not encountered domestically. Subsequently, the general manager of the base, Li Mingdong, and the factory director, Wang Feiyun, received the inspection team and gave a detailed introduction on the theme that successful enterprises cannot do without team cohesion and execution.Then, everyone watched the VCR "Because of You" produced by the Vietnamese production base, which narrated the base's continuous growth and pursuit of excellence over the past six years, set against the backdrop of Guangbo Group's 30th anniversary song.After listening to the explanation and watching the video, all the outstanding workers present were deeply moved. They all expressed their intention to study seriously from four aspects: firstly, to learn from the persistence and responsibility of the Vietnamese base. Secondly, to learn about the exploration and innovation of the Vietnamese base. Thirdly, to learn the production site specifications and standards of the Vietnam base. Fourthly, to learn about the cultural integration and cohesion of the Vietnamese base.
In addition, the members of the inspection team also visited local historical sites and museums in Vietnam, experiencing the unique charm of Vietnamese culture.Everyone expressed that they would gain a lot from this inspection and learning, especially the front-line employee Xiao Wang, who was born after 2000. He sighed that it was his first time flying abroad, and this learning trip will be unforgettable for him for a lifetime; Xiaoma from the printing workshop also expressed his intention to integrate the on-site management of the Vietnamese base's standard specifications into team management and continuously improve printing quality.
Before the inspection and learning trip, Shu Yueping, the deputy secretary of the party committee of the group company, gave a mobilization speech, hoping that through this inspection and learning, the outstanding workers of Guangbo Group would not only enhance their understanding of the company’s business, but also bring positive energy back to China, strengthen domestic and international exchanges, and lay a solid foundation for the group company to go further on the path of internationalization.
